Kempton Woods Homeowners Association 

MISSION STATEMENT: Preserve the aesthetic and economic values of Kempton Woods as outlined in the CC&Rs while recognizing the rights of individual owners.

 

If you are planning any home projects to the outside of your structure or property, please first review your CC&Rs to make sure you follow protocol which requires approval from the ACC Committee & Board BEFORE you can carry out the project. Failure to get permission could result is costly mistakes as you could be subject to fines and/or made to reverse the improvement. If you are planning such a project, please complete the following: 

 

1. Carefully review the requirements and guidelines as stated in the CC&Rs. 3

2. Complete the ACC Request Form in detail with any necessacry diagrams, formal bids, etc.

3. Submit the completed form and supporting documents by either emailing to kwhoa@outlook.com OR mailing to J&M Management Company, 17404 Meridian East, Suite F-PMB 171, Puyallup, WA 98375. 

 

Once received, we will notify you of receipt and give you an approximate day/date that the Committee will be reviewing for approval and presenting to the Board for final approval. After approved, you may commence your project.
